Age Requirement You must be 18 years of age or older to book a reading. By submitting a booking inquiry you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Kiki's Curiosities reserves the right to cancel any booking if this requirement is not met, with no obligation to issue a refund.

Refund Policy All payments for readings are non-refundable. Please review all available information about my services prior to booking to ensure they align with your expectations. In the event that I cancel or am unable to fulfill your reading, a full refund will be issued.

Payment Methods Payment is accepted through Stripe. E-transfer is available on a case by case basis for clients residing in Canada. Full payment is required prior to the delivery of your reading unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. All prices are set to USD.

Reading Delivery Readings will be completed and delivered within 1 to 4 business days from the date of confirmed payment. Delivery will be provided via voice message or video chat unless otherwise specified at the time of inquiry.

Rescheduling & Cancellations If you need to reschedule a booked reading please provide at least 48 hours notice via email. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice are not eligible for a refund. If I need to cancel or reschedule your reading I will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative time or a full refund.

Information Disclosure To support the accuracy and relevance of your reading please provide any details you feel comfortable sharing at the time of booking. All personal information shared is kept strictly confidential and will never be shared with third parties.

Confidentiality All information shared during a reading is treated as strictly confidential. Kiki's Curiosities will not share, disclose or discuss the details of any reading with any third party without your explicit written consent, except where required by law.

Professional Qualifications & Disclaimer I am not a licensed medical, legal, financial or psychological professional. Nothing shared during a reading should be interpreted as a substitute for professional advice in any of these areas. All readings are based on my personal interpretation of the tarot cards and my own intuitive perspective. Clients are strongly encouraged to seek qualified professional assistance for matters relating to health, law, finance or mental health.

Entertainment Purpose Tarot readings are provided for entertainment, inspirational and self-reflective purposes only. By booking a reading you acknowledge and agree that the services provided are not a substitute for professional advice of any kind.

Tarot readings are subjective interpretations influenced by many factors including the energy and circumstances of the client and the personal interpretation of the reader. Results may vary.

Client Responsibility My readings are intended to provide clarity, perspective and empowerment. I do not offer purely predictive readings or guaranteed yes or no answers. All decisions made as a result of or following a reading are solely the responsibility of the client. Kiki's Curiosities accepts no responsibility for decisions made based on the content of a reading.

Sensitive Topics I approach all readings with care and compassion. However I reserve the right to redirect or decline readings involving topics I am not equipped to handle, including but not limited to serious mental health crises, legal matters or medical emergencies. If you are in crisis please reach out to a qualified professional or crisis service.

Inclusivity Kiki's Curiosities welcomes clients of all beliefs, genders, identities and backgrounds. If you have any triggers, preferences or identity specifications you would like me to be aware of please feel free to include them in your booking inquiry and I will do my best to accommodate.

Client Consent By booking a reading you consent to receive information and insights as provided by Kiki's Curiosities. You have the right to end or pause a reading at any time if you feel uncomfortable. Ending a reading early does not entitle the client to a refund unless the reading has not yet begun.

Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law Kiki's Curiosities shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the use of tarot reading services. This includes but is not limited to decisions made based on reading content, emotional distress or any outcomes following a reading.

Right to Decline Kiki's Curiosities reserves the right to decline, cancel or discontinue any booking at any time for any reason including but not limited to discomfort with the nature of the inquiry, disrespectful conduct or violation of these terms. In such cases a full refund will be issued for any payment already received.

Code of Conduct Clients are expected to engage with Kiki's Curiosities in a respectful and considerate manner. Any form of harassment, abusive language or threatening behaviour will result in immediate termination of services with no refund issued.

Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms or the services provided shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
